Returns and Exchanges
Change of mind.
For customers who change their mind a store credit or exchange may be offered upon presentation of the receipt and the item providing it has not been worn or washed, altered, soiled or tampered with in any way within 10 days of the date of sale.
In the case of change-of-mind no refunds will be offered.
For all online returns please email email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods to notify us of your intent to return and to obtain an authorisation number.
Change-of-mind policy does not apply to archive or sale stock.
Livia Arena prides itself on exceptional quality and craftsmanship in each of our garments. Each garment has been quality controlled by our design team before becoming available for sale. However, from time to time there may be issues in which the garments may be deemed faulty.
Faulty items do not include garments which:
- have been damaged by misusing it
- used the product for a period of time and the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear.
Garments deemed faulty will be available to exchange or a refund.
For faulty goods purchased from the online store please email firstname.lastname@example.org before returning to explain the fault and obtain an authorisation number for the return.
Please note that faulty garments will need to checked by the Livia Arena design team to deem the goods faulty, this may take up to 5 working days before a decision is made to offer a refund.
